A Day No Pigs Would Die

The story of a farm boy in the book A Day No Pigs Would Die, is about how a character grows within his experiences that he has lived through, which will make him be the mature and responsible man he is becoming to be. By helping his father with the farm Robert Peck is learning how to become a successful farmer and a responsible individual. This book also contains a very nice message which is to know that certain things have to be done weather you like it or not. Rob knew this very well, since at the early age of thirteen he was already being responsible by taking care of many jobs around the family's soon to be farm. Overall this was a great book to read because, it really teaches one to be mature and responsible and to know that certain things just have to get done.
